Contract Position: IT - PC Support

 

Work Location: Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Palo Alto, CA.

 

Contract Duration: 6 months to start; Extension possible

We currently have a need for an experienced PC Support to do some proactive/reactive support.

 

· Proactive: Visit all printers in all three Office Buildings on a daily basis and ensure toner is full, maintenance kits are completed, paper is full.

 

· Proactive: Visit all video conference rooms in all three Office Building on a daily or every other day basis and confirm all video equipment is functioning and kept neat.

 

· Reactive: We have some problem printers. Client needs someone to work with end users (got to be very customer-oriented) on what issues they are experiencing and work with the printer and the printer vendor to resolve the issues once and for all.

      This will take someone with high accountability and strong perseverance (don't stop until everything is thoroughly test and working consistently)

 

· Reactive: Same issue with the printers is going on with some of the video conference rooms.
