During my first OB visit, my OB told me that the polyp was pretty big, but it dosnt hurt anything to leave it there. She said that she would get rid of it if I wasn't in my early pregnancy. She didn't want to irritate my cervix. At 32 weeks, my OB removed 2/3 of the big polyp, still left a little bit which attached with cervix for the same reason that she didn't want to irrated cervix. I guess my OB is relatively conservative.
I think everything happens for a reason. But for your case, I would think your OB should not have removed the polyp since nobody knows if your miscarrage really has nothing to do with that. Wish you good luck next time.

I would think she can sue the OBGY doctor for this miscarrage.
