good info. certain states are not good for LLC: CA and CO. The cases of LLC being periled in CA and CO have been widely studied. 

The answer is that you can avoid to register a LLC in CA and CO, but choose other states. In addition, you have to follow formal process of LLC to seperate your personal assets from LLC assets.
