请教一个问题：LLC 的 partners 问银行借钱，银行要。。。

银行要The entire amount of a loan as the “jointly and severally”。是不是说如果一个partner破产其他的partners要帮他付钱？


有没有更好的办法：只付自己的百分比，不用担心别人的事情？
