Cellercise - A Full Workout 。再给您SUMMARIZE.请一定小心不要蹦出来:

1. warm up: jump-> Rock-> jog

2. Stomach core:
A. tilt backward and kick legs out
B. Sit and bounce with/without legs up

3. Waistline:
A. Twist
B. Kick legs sideway

4. Lower back: lean forward and kick legs behind

5. Thigh: back straight and feel flat, leap rapidly

6. Stop  AND Stretch up (Lily168 网友RECOMMENDED)
