非常感谢. 完全同意. unless you know it's the rock bottom rate, 有费用 with even lower rate makes sense. but nobody can predict future, so no-cost refinance still rules so that you can do re-finance again in the future.

but on the other hand, my broker told me the 3.25% 30-year is the rock bottom. Do you think so?
