all picture are invisible except the last one. In general, any water bed around  fundation area is bad. For this house, you should have the drainage system lower that the crawl space. and even you fix this issue, you don;t know if the dried carwl space will have negative impact on your fundation.

You should hire a professional structure engineer to have an inspection.
