第一第二修正案大家很熟悉，大家不知道的是国父们认为地主赶士兵的权利很重要，列为第三修正案。呵呵。

AMENDMENT III

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
