-  what's your salary expectation?

-  Oh, that is a little high for a new beginner.  What about you start from 450?  Our company has a very good welfare package, including 3 month vacations with pay, 2 company-sponsored vacation trips with family, 1st-class for the flights, triple pay for the over-time working and a new company car every year.......
