He is very paranoid and delusional   ( very sick)

you need to call 911 (I would ) to initiate IVC , because he is dangerous to himself and others.

he needs to see psychotrisist and inpatient treatment 

i would never ever put any psych meds in his food,it could be very dangerous if he found out what you were doing.

is the meds Haldol ?
