避免使用"defensive"语言...

关于上面第一位的回复, 似乎没有仔细阅读原贴的意思, 就过早使用"defensive"语言, 也是沟通的缺陷之一, 特别要引起注意并纠正, 华人经常犯此毛病,  如果注意并纠正, 一起会有立竿见影的好处.
过早使用"defensive"语言, 当然不妥, 事实上, 任何情况下, 使用"defensive"语言, 都会降低沟通效果.
