小留 and ABC

小留 is in charge of China and my son (ABC) is in charge of part of Asia and Europe. 

小留 went to an elite high school and a top IVY.  His English is as good as the ABCs.  My son's Chinese and his understanding of the culture is not good enough.

ABCs probably can't compete with 小留 in terms of China related business.
