第二日 (May 26):
Banff National Park(班芙国家公园)

上午的活动重点在 Town of Banff(班芙镇). Lake Minnewanka, Banff Ave, Cascade Gardens, Fairmont Banff Springs Resort. Upper Hot Springs 温泉泡澡. 在一家希腊餐馆 Balkan Restaurant午餐(食物感觉一般).

下午沿 Bow Valley Parkway 前往 Lake Louise（路易斯湖), 沿途在Johnston Canyon 远足两小时, 傍晚住宿 Paradise Lodge & Bungalows. 这儿成了我们未来两天的根据地. Lake Louise 感受日落, 晚餐自制鸡汤pasta.

上午Moraine Lake, 水浅冰封; Lake Louise, 湖蓝的感觉; 沿湖一游, 午餐 Station Restaurant(推荐). 小憩, 下午 Yoho National Park(育空国家公园)， Emerald Lake. 傍晚开始找熊活动. 第一次与熊亲密接触．

第四日 (May 28):
开车沿Icefields Parkway (冰原大道，93号）从Lake Louise到 Saskatchewan River Crossing 往返. 沿途风光旖旎， Hector Lake, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake(我们行程中最美的湖), Waterfowl Lake, 在Peyto Lake远足 两小时，回到Lake Louise, 迟到的午餐在 Bill Peyto's Cafe(推荐). 小憩, 傍晚开车回Town of Banff泡温泉. 晚餐是自己准备的野菇汤Pasta.

第五日 (May 29):
Jasper National Park (嘉士伯国家公园)

告别Lake Louise，沿Icefields Parkway(冰原大道）前往 Jasper Town(嘉士伯镇). 沿途再访 Peyto Lake. 中午在The Crossing Resort 买三明治当午餐.　

Columbia Icefield (哥伦比亚冰原)，在Icefield Center 参加 The Ice Explorers Tour. Sunwapta Falls 远足．

第六日 (May 30):
上午 Maligne Lake, 坐船一游, Maligne Tours. 回住处午餐, 小憩, 下午开车附近溜达，寻找看Angel Glacier的好地方． 当地人的Patricia Lake, Pyramid Lake. 傍晚驱车一小时 Miette Hot Spring温泉泡澡, 夜黑而归．

第七日 (May 31):
告别Jasper Town, 返回 Calgary. 历时五小时，途中再停 Bow Lake, Num-ti-jah Lodge, Moraine Lake.　短短数日，冰竟然全化了．沿湖重新欣赏雪山映湖的美景．

花两个小时在Calgary寻找好的中餐馆，连我家LD都被我的"美食精神"所感动，此过程中体味到当地的"尖峰时刻"，当地华人的"谨慎态度"(我当街采访了若干人对当地中餐馆的评价)， 最终在富丽宫海鲜酒家吃的晚餐(感觉一般)．晚上住在 Travelodge Calgary International Airport

第八日 (June 1):
完美假日的最后一天．富丽宫海鲜酒家的早茶非常的地道（推荐）．告别雨中的Calgary. 下午的飞机，深夜平安到家．

此次全家加拿大洛基山脉一游,堪称全家度假以来的完美假日, 适时风和日丽, 行程安排恰到好处, 一路上, 雪峰冰原、翡翠湖泊、 峡谷瀑布、山谷温泉、野生动物看了个遍. 沉浸在如此美妙的大自然中,让我常常思绪缥缈, 犹如时光倒流一般. 自然的魅力与现在文明的种种冲突,让人有些不知所措. 玩回来,颇有一段时间仍处于度假之后的迷惘期. 慢慢的,我想我还是会记下行程中的点点滴滴, 不为了别的, 只为了将来留下一点回忆.
