my daughter is 4 now, she has difficulty in speaking sentences,

sentences, a lot of time, she will use wrong verb and vocabulary.  She is a active kid, non-stop.  Teacher in her day care told me that she is fine but I am worry, what is your suggestion for me?  go straight to pediatric neurologist or go thru her pediatrician.
