买入2万，装修9600。partially new wiring，new plumbing entire house，strip to stud and redo 5 walls，framing one division wall，replaced 6 windows，2 new closet，new bath， new kitchen，replaced kitchen and part living room ceiling，new carpet through，and more。40 days。sold for 5万4。完工后的图片像素较差，用的是MLS的照片。原片找不到了。
