These folks if you don't tell them something they will never do it. And things you tell them a million times, they still don't do it. Like collect and clean tools after work. You wonder why so many of them are out of work, well, they are unemployable because they can't be trusted to do anything.

This guy is different. I gave him some paint for stairway. Found out that he painted a few spots in the rooms that got worn and did not look good. Good.
