请教大家，有同学刚办下绿卡，一年要过来两次，想用我家地址，办permanent address，这件事的responsibility是什么,可能有什么潜在的风险吗，

我能同意的是租房协议如果只是按她来的那个月租，这个怎样写进加州standard 租房协议

这件事怎样处理比较好呢

-There is no risk to you if your friend uses your address as his permanent communication address.

 But your friend cannot stay in China for a long period of time and just temporarily visit US once or twice a year.  Otherwise, he/she will have trouble at the port of entry when he/she return to US because the officer may consider that he/she has no intent to live in US permanently and thus, cancel his green card.

 

If your friend needs to stay in China for a longer period of time, he/she needs to apply for reentry permit which allows him/her to stay in China for > one year < two years.
