Pecan sour cream coffee cake, 看图片就能感觉有多好吃了 :)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 chopped pecans, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, I tsp cinnamon powder, 3 tbsp (42g) melted butter

2 cups (320g)all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp fine salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup(113g) butter (room temperature), 1/2 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 1/2 cup sour cream

11”x 8” (27cm x 20cm) glass pan

180C(355F) 35-40 minutes

材料:

一杯半切碎的山核桃, 1/4杯红糖, 1/4杯白糖, 一小勺肉桂粉, 3大勺(42克)融化黄油

2杯(320克)普通面粉, 半小勺细盐, 半小勺小苏打粉 ,一小勺泡打粉

半杯(113克)室温黄油, 半杯白糖, 2个鸡蛋, 一小勺香草精, 一杯半酸奶油

11英寸x 8英寸(27厘米x20厘米)烤盘

摄氏180度(华氏355度)烤35-40分钟
