如果两个人都是植物人，遗嘱有一定麻烦

当然法院会尊重你遗嘱中提的人选，但是由于你没有死，孩子的事务还是要过一下法院认可。如果有trust，里面有失去能力的条文，根本不用过堂，直接生效。
