这是他收到的电邮：

 As of today, your program is terminated due to failure to comply with sponsor and exchange visitor rules governing the program. Being terminated you are required to return home within 48 hours.  The decision is final.

但是他说中介口头上又说可以帮他争取几天，因为机票不能改得那么快。

如果这样，如果他无视这个Termination的通知，继续逗留，不管工作还是旅游，会有什么后果？

现在的这个Termination，即使立即回去了，对以后来美，会不会有影响？
