外行看热闹，内行看门道，我是第一个点评弯曲美眉的

这是我的点评：

先说好的：

美眉房产悟性非常好也有魄力，好的房产投资不是每个都悟得出来的。符合我说的一般房产投资现象，第一套自住房花比较多的时间，第一套投资房花比较多时间，后面的3,4,5.。。。就非常容易了。

不太清楚的地方：

Dec. 2005 bought at 30w, current 192w 是在哪里有这么好的回报，是北，上，深？ 我记得我2004年3月在武汉下手时，我同事2003年年底在上海浦东下手9000人民币一平米，现在大约6万左右吧，但是也可能有行无市。

投资房是有租金回报的，这样可以看出是正现金流还是平衡流等，还有你现在的房价是如何算出来的？2011投资小商业基本没有机会。2012年的2个投资房2-3年怎么会有这么好的回报，在哪里？ 值得羡慕哈

最后感觉就是美国的房子太便宜了，入门门坎很低啊：）

弯曲美眉最厉害的2个投资是：

1， Dec 2005  $30  Now $192 这个没有交代到底在哪？
2， Dec 2009  $112 Now $230 这个是自住房吗？一般投资房多选择平均房型，平均房价，翻翻容易也易买易卖
