what i will do if it is my money

in terms of oil exposure:

uso > xop/oih > xle > mlp

i will start from the low sensitivity and gradually move to high sensitivity. 

if i buy anything oil related at all at this stage, i will start with mlps or xle, and hedge by selling spy. one to one ratio. 

if today FOMC keeps "considerable period" in the statement, we will see a rally, which might trigger a reversal in equity market.
