Questions on underlying coverages in umbrella insurance

I received my umbrella insurance renewal.
I read the declaration page and find the list under UNDERLYING COVERAGES is:
- Residential Premises;
- Auto;
- Employer's Liability;
- Recreational Motor Vehicle Liability;
- Watercraft Liability;

The first three of the above five may make sense to me.
The last two seems odd as I don't own them.
More important, I was looking for "Rental Premises" or "Landlord liability" something like that, which is not there.

So, I call the 800, the answer I got is,
1. They don't charge the last two to me.
2. The rental premises is covered because it was on the application and I have all policies home/auto/rental with them.
She said the coverages are really on the initial application not on this declaration page.

It is hard to believe to me.
Are the underlying coverages on your umbrella insurance declaration page exactly as same as
your actual coverages?

Thank you in advance,
