回家我查记录, 发现隔壁的房子几个月前以低于我的offer 200K的价格卖了, 而且卖之前广告招租的租金也比他说的低1000多。马上email 经纪人:

“If people try to hold my sale price against you; my house was original original original condition and was a beat-up rental with deferred maintenance. A retail buyer would have had to budget 200k on my place at least. Plus I paid for everything, closing, termite, etc….. and there were no commissions on either side.”
没有直接回答我的问题, 更没有解释为什么要告诉我房子没有卖而是在出租 -- 如果说房子买卖他没有keep up (因为是outside mls), 至少可以确定出租和租金这件事情他明显故意说谎了。
房子我还是喜欢的。 现在应该怎么办?
