求建议 - 实木地板还是Engineered 地板？

I am doing home improvement for my own house.

一楼是cement，二楼是plywood. 

1) 用实木地板还是Engineered 地板？

2) Shall I use Engineered wood for the first floor (since it is on cement, and it is more stable), and use real wood for the second floor?  I am concerned that they may look different.

3) Is Laminate floor too cheap-looking?
