急问：惹上官司了。怎么办？

我有一个出租房，租客非常难应付。于是请帮我买房子的AGENT
管理这个房子。租客向她抱怨房子的水管有问题。我的AGENT
就派了她认识的一个HANDYMAN 去修理。今天AGENT打电话，
说租客向警察报案，说家里丢了1万现金和很多首饰。警察突然
去HANDYMAN的家里搜查。拿走了好几千的现金。现在HANDYMAN
被通知去法庭。这个HANDYMAN是一个老实的中国人，英文不好。
他太冤了。现在我该怎么帮助他。这个租客太坏了。这样做绝对是
道德品质问题。
