I already had two claims after just two more years landlord

One for Mold process that got $8k reimbursement. Another one was rubbery and got about $2k reimbursement. The rubbery happened between the first tenant moved out and new tenant moved in. They took the refrigerator, washer/dryer. Also damaged the door. Since it happened just 3 days after the tenant moved out, insurance company did not say anything. If longer than a month, it may have problem.
