就是说你可以屋检，可以据屋检结果要求维修或降价，大家每天都是这么做的，相信你的realtor，别去问见都没见过合同的人。
卖方市场上大家为了拿到合同，都选（1）。（2）是为了提具体要求用的，卖方市场下一开始就要求太多难拿到合同，除非你有什么一定不满意要卖方做的，否则有什么要求可以在屋检以后提。
