不超过收入的45%(投资房) OR 50%

许多在税表上的 deduction(except the standard or itemized deduction) 要从收入中减去再算 45% or 50%

超过 45% 要有另外 liquidated asset as reserve, IRA money counts.

有的银行更严格一些
