两个房子里选一个，那一个好些

两个房子价钱差不多，也都是蓝领区。只有买一个的钱。
一个是60年代建的，独立房，有些更新，1100尺，4/2，大概还得花些钱买个A/C还有厨房，可能得花3-5千，租750-800
一个是连栋的70年代建的，1300尺，3/2。不要修，有租客，每月HOA费是250，租900左右

HOA费用是不是太高了
