东湾的房价还是能接受的， 就是太远了

谁住在 Mountain house 的能否分享一下自住或出租的情况。我们周末开车去那里观察了 N 次，感觉很安静，新高中也启动了，又有3，4 builder 在那里盖新房了。但是我们工作都在南湾，从那里上下班是不可能的。但买了出租不知情况如何？

另外，同样是出租， discovery bay 不知如何？
