头疼. 又是房客, 要不要给3 days notice?

头疼ing.  这个月说换工作了,  要等paycheck.  所以就先付了$1k, 等这个星期二再付剩下的. 现在星期三了,  打电话不接, email不回, 是不是要给3 days notice, 准备eviction?
