通常买的是烂房，卖的是move in condition房。

所谓30%以下，是move-in condition 房 - 30%， 还是烂房的市场价 - 30% ?

如果是 move - in condition 房 - 30%， 那如果卖出价比市场低10%, 那只有20%，包括了翻修和利润？
