和熊妹妹的话题：餐馆的其中一个好处

这里的许多人对餐馆不了解，就算做过的人。许多人一听到餐馆就头大。的确，中餐馆给人的印象太深了，不管是道听途说，还是曾经亲历过的，都对餐馆有着贬大于褒的根深蒂固的看法。这是可以理解的，特别是对这里的特定人群。做什么都是开头难，小地主也有很多恼人之事，只是相对餐馆而言，门槛低些，风险容易控制，最主要的是，时间上更灵活机动，节奏上可松可紧，前期投入看得见摸得着。。。。。
许多人如果没有亲自接触，是不会明白的。君不知，我上回提到过的中餐馆，不过中等规模，而月营业额却大于60万刀，旺季更可达到1米左右之多。
餐馆还有着房地产所不具备的税务优势。
许多演艺界的人开餐馆，酒吧，还是由他们的考量的。
