单身妈妈，带2岁小孩，credit 605, 516, 548

自己的painting公司，年收入$40000-45000, rent $1200 （Florida), Oct 1 start.

credit 好像不是很好，去年她是从Weichert租的房子，给的ｒｅｆｅｒｅｎｃｅ是Ｗｅｉｃｈｅｒｔ　（$９９５).　　Ｐroperty manager from Weichert email 说交房租很准时。

是不是还可以？　给ｒｅｆｅｒｅｎｃｅ的property manager from Weichert　是ｂｒｏｋｅｒ　ａｓｓｏｃｉａｔ,　 因该不会为了她撒谎？
