depends on the definition of "unlimited"

In general sense, it is limited to the stock price. However, if the stock price goes to 0, it is still very significant compared to the premium received. So, some people may think that's "unlimited". However, that's definitely not the same meaning in the naked calls. In the naked call case, the loss could be infinite.
