坏房客终余离开，不然损失更大.现不知那位国人要倒霉了.坏房客 moved in at last year's thanks giving day.From the second month, she began to make stories to deply to pay rent.From the third month, she paid a half rent. From the third month, she had no money to pay.
Actually, I had other candidates to select at that time. I selected her because she is a black single mother with four children(one is in college) and she is working at WESTAT(at research BLVD, Rockville, MD 20850). It looked like she had a stable job.I did not check her credit report

教训

(1)Be careful to rent your property to a single mother.
(2) The monthly gross income must be greater than three times of one month rent
(3)Always check credit report and never rent your property to the persons with eviction history.
