讨价还价中请教：water heater makes loud popping sound

热水锅炉声音太大，应该是mineral deposit太多。问了几家plumbers和handymen，都说清洗没用，要换。卖方经纪是个多年老狐狸，坚持说可以清洁修理好。请教大拿们：清洁修理就行吗？谢谢了。
