弗罗里达2014年3月房产走势回顾

根据佛罗里达州的房地产经纪人®最新公布的房屋数据：佛罗里达州的房地产市场报告较高的平均价格，今年三月成交单户住宅的全州共计20,081, 比去年同期增长2.8 ％。单户住宅三月新上市比去年同期增加16.5％ ，而新的联排别墅和公寓上市比去年同期增加10.3％。
全州独栋现房平均销售价格为17.3万美元，比去年同期增长7.1 ％， 联排别墅和公寓物业为14万美元增长16.7 ％。
但是佛罗里达州的楼房，公寓市场，全州三月成交量为9,580比去年同期下降了5.2 ％

我认为弗罗里达从一个州来看，抄底基本结束了, 单家庭新建房在渐渐开始，新建楼房和公寓要稍微滞后一点。银行房还有一些，但是并不太多， 价格也不一定比市场价低很多。当然总体价格回升速度低于加州和赌城， 所以比历史高点还是低很多。
