房子验屋发现High moisture reading, 这个问题大吗？

房子验屋发现High moisture reading（在一楼卫生间），推测以前被水浸过，这个房子过去10年都是投资房，这个问题大吗？我买来也是出租的。报告如下：

High moisture reading noted at floor behind toilet in the powder room.

Recommend pulling the toilet, replacing the wax ring and checking the sub floor for damage. Area underneath in crawl showed no damage.

Water damage noted at the trim moldings in the powder room. All are currently dry.
