如果小孩子能上好私立大学

提供need based scholarship那种，除了父母工资低外， 是不是还不能有现金在手才有希望拿到那钱? 大概房子还不能付清。
巧姐女儿那种拿merit  scholarship and honor scholarship到好了，孩子有出息就拿， 跟父母收入财产没关系多好。
