大家别烦我,能答就答我的问题.

一对黑人夫妇,看着比较大大列列,温和的人.税后收入是房租的快4倍,信用613,肯给2月压金.说没被赶过,我查后发现他在过去4年同一地方,每年被赶一回,是物业管理公司管的房子.每回被赶,他其间从不answer,也没到出庭那一步;1,2周后,都是物业公司撤消案子.我想他是后来都给了.人看着给我感觉挺不错.他是大公司的大卡车司机.我想如我要求两个半月压金,他也回同易.累了,不想再找了.所碰到要租的,还是他给钱爽快. 碰到的申请人都说没被赶过,一查都被赶过.我很心动,不知可行不?
