心情失落，感觉无奈，无助

今天我去法庭，光头Richard 反抗了，我第一次感到美国的司法不健康，法官无聊。
我跟他们素不相识，无冤无仇，他们强占了我的房子，住在里面心安理得，我却没有权利进入自己的房子。侵略者可以肆无忌惮地骂主人，可以在法庭造谣说房子很糟糕，却又死死地守着，不肯离去。他们是敌人吗？为什么把房主当敌人一样欺负！而小偷到商店偷一个小东西，警察就可以抓人。这江洋大盗抢人房子，警察不管，法官却熟视无睹，难道法官也是房客？
法官们不懂被侵犯的感受吗？更离谱的是，强占他人财产，居然还有免费律师帮助斗地主！我们用辛苦赚来的钱缴税养活他们，而我们的财产却不能得到他们的保护。吃里爬外的东西：）
我们辛辛苦苦地劳动，赚钱，省钱，规矩缴税，养了免费律师帮着敌人伤害我们。
今天看到光头房客得到豁免法庭费用申诉回应，真的不可思议！他强占他人房子，不付房租，已经很无理。我们要花钱去法庭申诉求救赶房客，而房客却可以免费反抗，这不公平。
光头不上班，装瘸领取残障保险金，有的是时间到法庭去玩，找免费律师聊天。而我不得不再花钱请律师，雪上加霜。请教：
1，以下是光头姐姐的信，她是租约第一人，这样的信就可以逃脱责任吗？她一天也没在里面住过呀，纯属骗租。
2，出庭她不来，还可以继续追究她的房租欠款吗？
我想是自己阅历太浅，不知道世界上怎么会有这样的人，这样不可思议的事。难怪去中国，一个司机先生说我：“你说的那两个字[应该]，这个世界上不存在了，已经没有人按照[应该]的去做了。 ”
我已经分不清什么是狼，什么是羊……

I am sorry that I did not reply to your email earlier but as you know my brother was very ill and he just passed away recently. I am having problems with Richard Medrano I moved out of the house a week ago when I found out he did not give you the rent for the month of February. I know you agreed on taking out the back yard trash and pay Cynthia 50.00 dollars for cleaning the bathroom and you haven't done it until now but I told Richard to talk with you and deductive the 50.00 from the rent and asked you to take the trash out. I talked with him yesterday and asked him to pay you the rent or move out. At this time I am asking you to go talk with him and asked him to pay you the rent, if he gets aggressive Advised him that you will file a police report and if he does get aggressive please do file a police report. I know he will not harm you in any way but he can try to intimidate you. If he does not pay you please evict him as soon as possible.
