加州的朋友看过来，SAC5提案。华人要多生孩子啊

各位大V早安，转发一下北加一位朋友的文章，大家一起努力！ 加州参议会最近通过SCA5加州宪法修正提案。从提出该提案的议员（Ed Hernandez）的西裔背景，可以看出该提案很明显地是针对亚裔，特别是华裔。亚裔在加州大学系统的人数远远超过在加州的人口比率下，这个提案使加州选民可以在11月举行公投,在加大与州大招生中恢复平权制。11月的加州公投几乎可以肯定对包括华裔在内的亚裔非常不利。目前西裔民主党选民在加州的力量强大，人数众多.相对来说，华裔人数少得多,如果公投案得以通过，未来很多华裔子女申请加州公立大学，就会面临难以逾越的天花板。现实很残酷，呼吁每一个华人家长不要不以为然，赶快行动起来，该出手时就出手，为我们的下一代的平等教育机会去投票，去抗争！
