Here is my understanding of accouting.

客人网络是怎么说？这个算吗？品牌（在美国有7年的历史）算吗？

Both items will not show on the balance sheet of your own company. However, when they purchase your firm and or your firm went to IPO, they can be treated as unintangible asset in the valuation.

Brand value and custome network can only shown on your balance sheet if you purchase them. Brand value growed internationally has no item of entry in the balance sheet.
