法庭记录比credit record重要，亲身教训。

我的一白玉房曾有一个租客，有非常好的职业，和信用记录。我们收下后，麻烦不断，后来查到她有eviction开庭记录，因为她老公在Iraq服役，eviction上庭被法官判无效。因为没赢官司，所以没有eviction记录。后我们还查到她还有另外两起官司，说明就是一爱上庭找麻烦的人。

一年后，她请了律师告我们从楼梯摔下来，我们软硬兼施，把他们请出去了。现在是保险公司和她打官司，保险公司的律师也不是吃素的，现在还没结案。

所以某些情况下，法庭记录比credit record还重要。
