原来这块荒地的指定用途是business park center (BPCX), 现在其主人(一家开发商)要求county将其转为 residential medium (RMX) 用途。因为我们家在其500英尺距离以内,所以county通知我们,如果有任何意见,可以书面或者届时出席public hearing陈述我们的意见。
