let's do a math;

in us, nurse make average 35.00 per hour times 2000 hours a year, that's 70k as regular hours pay.  she made 310 k a year, the extra are 310-70= 240k, even if she get paied double in overtime, it is 70.00 per hour.  240k/70 =3000 hours, so if she works 100 hours a week for the whole year and get paid double at over time, she might make 310k a year, but why  hospital wants pay so much overtime, not just hire another one, unless there is serious short of nurses in canada. not easy money anyway, in us they get paid 1.5 only for overtime.  I would keep TDF, and someday i will be able to  lay on the beach, counting the money and watching blonde just like JY.
