请教关于报税的问题

有出租房才1年，要报税了，有哪些要考虑注意的问题呢？

我们家的情况是这样的：

1． 两人都有全职工作。

2． 先买了1栋出租房后，然后听从朋友的建议注册了LLC，后买的两栋出租房就在LLC名下了（最先买的那栋还没有转入）。

3． 买出租房用的是HOME EQUITY LOAN。

 

请教：这样的格局该如何报税？如果不请税务专家而是自己报，会很麻烦吗？
