She could be with a big corporation. The higher the cap ratio is, the better profit margin should be. However, in reality, it could be a value trap too. Just like the PE ratio of a stock, we can not say the lower the PE, the better valuation the stock. Most of time there are decent reasons why a stock got so cheap (so low PE). Warren Buffett once said, he prefers good stocks over cheap stocks.
